Carries out employee and customer surveys We handle more than 400,000 personnel and customer attitudes per year. Novestra AB, which is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, is the majority owner. Netsurvey has 25 employees and had a turn-over in 2008 of 27.5 million SEK.
At Netsurvey, we are curious, committed and are ever eager to analyse people's attitudes in relation to a company's profitability. Behaviourists, analysts, economists and engineers - together we have an ESI of 98. This means that we enjoy our work and can devote all our energy to our customers!
History
2008 Netsurvey launches new products: Senior Management Group's Index, Communicative Leadership and Lifestyle
2007 Netsurvey's basic model is validated for the third time in an examination at the Stockholm School of Economics. The Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) begins joint working with Netsurvey in order to carry out employee surveys during their transformation process.
2006 New links between workplace climate and profitability are identified through a major study of 80 customers' end of year results.
2005 The Karolinska Institute begins joint working with Netsurvey in order to carry out the most advanced medical study in the world with over 1,200 questions to 60,000 twins.
2002 Netsurvey begins joint working with IKEA in order to develop a quality monitor for evaluating customers' experience of the quality of their products 1999 Netsurvey wins AB Volvo's contract for an annual global employee survey which encompasses 70,000 employees
1998 Netsurvey's techniques are integrated with Hessner & Bolinder's methodology and teaching methods under the name Netsurvey Bolinder AB.
1996 Netsurvey set up. Develops systems for online surveys. Netsurvey became a pioneer within the field and a market leader in Europe.
1982 Hessner & Bolinder AB established with a special focus on employee surveys. Developed in-house methodology, which focused on supporting line managers.
