Twitch means "single muscular contraction", a fitting name for those of us working in occupational health and health work. With the supplementary concept "Health Capital", we aim to underline our strategic and financial competence within occupational health and health work. Twitch is a Stockholm-based company founded in 1999. Today, we have 106 employees working with e.g. OMX Nasdaq, DHL, LF Group.
The business operation is nationwide.       

Vitaprofile

With Vitaprofile's internet-based lifestyle profile, you can test the personal health of your employees efficiently. The test is carried out 4 times a year and gives ongoing feedback about what is working well or poorly. Individul action plans and change is presented in text form and in films where Mats Petersson talks about the advantages of taking care of your health and the dangers of not dealing with problems.
 
The results, with all recommendations, are reported in both individual report form and in an overarching report for the whole company. With individual reports, the individual receives feedback in the form of coaching, for those who require or need it. And, we don't let go until our goal of good health for the individual is reached.

The founder of Vitaprofile is Mats Pettersson, who has worked for more than 20 years in developing the outlook on health for many organisations and individuals. As one of Sweden's most sought after lecturers, he has also written a number of successful books on the subject. The key to what Mats and Vitaprofile want to get across is that we, ourselves, with very small actions, can influence how we feel and how we are able to perform.  To a great degree, it's a matter of achieving a balance in the different aspects of life. The vision is, apart from the obvious business advantages, that the workforce must be healthy on the day they leave your organisation.
